During the season there were situations that arose, that were either not covered, or not clearly explained by the rules. We are also aware that there are some rules that some people would like to see changed. In an effort to address as many of these as we can during the off season, we would appreciate it if you would spell out in as much detail as you can, the rules that you would like to see added, deleted, or changed. Please also tell us how you would like the rule to be and why. With your help we can make a great program even better.
