Volleyball Tournaments
July 11^th & 12^th, 2009

Applications accepted on a first come, first served basis.  Only paid entries will be accepted.  Teams will play at Village Park and Sussex Bowl with a maximum of six teams per court.  Captains meetings will be 1/2 hour before play starts each day at the Village Park and will include drawing for court assignment.

TOURNAMENT RULES

1. Entry fee must be paid before play begins.
   

2. Registration is at 9:30 am.  Play starts at 10:00am Sharp
   If a team isn't present after 10 minutes, the first game is forfeited.
   If a team isn't present after 20 minutes, the match is forfeited.
   

3. Managers, players and team affiliates must conduct themselves in an orderly and sportsman-like manner at all times.
   

4. Any manager or team member effected from a game can be suspended from play for the tournament duration.
   

5. This tournament is not liable for any personal injury or property.  All players play at their own risk.
   

6. Each team will be required to provide referees while they are not playing.
   

7. The tournament chairman will resolve all disputes.
   

8. NO INTOXICATING BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND MAY BE CARRIED ONTO THE PARK GROUNDS. (VILLAGE ORDINANCE #19.06)
   

9. Anyone caught bringing intoxication beverages onto Park Grounds will forfeit all games.
