About the Event

Every season we give it everything we have. We give our strength, we give our souls and so much more – it’s in our blood. And now we can give that too. This season, Abbott and the Big Ten are pitting school against school in the largest blood donation competition of our lifetime to fight the largest blood shortage in a generation.
Anyone who donates that is a UW-Madison Alumni, a Badger fan, or a student currently enrolled, please use the following link https://bigten.org/abbott/submit/ to submit donations and help Wisconsin win! Every donation scores one point for your school on the leaderboard. The winning school will receive $1 million to advance student or community health. Individual donors will be offered a free one month subscription to B1G+ and will be entered to win a trip to the 2024 Discover® Big Ten Football Championship Game on December 7, 2024.

This event is to help raise awareness of the following:
Sussex Hamilton Girls Bowling Team
The Sussex Hamilton Bowling Club comprises three squads: Junior Varsity (JV), Boys Varsity, and Girls Varsity. The Girls Varsity team is a competitive squad representing Hamilton High School in local and regional tournaments. The club welcomes students to join, emphasizing development of fundamental bowling skills and teamwork under experienced coaching. The program is designed to improve skills, strategic understanding, and overall athletic performance in bowling. (Charger Press)
Sussex Hamilton Adaptive Sports League
The league was established to ensure high school students with disabilities have the same opportunities as other students who participate in quality competitive sports programs. (HHS News Release)
