Lions Daze Sponsorship Form
Sponsor the following Lions Daze Events!
Check One for each event you wish to sponsor. Sponsorship needs to be in by 6/1/2026 unless otherwise noted below.
All levels will include entry in parade and your company name will be on banners in the parade, and at Lions Daze
Raffle Cash will go toward our 1st five prizes which are cash totaling $7,500. Your company name will also be on the tickets as a major sponsor of the raffle prizes. Banners will be at Raffle Tent during Lions Daze. All donations toward the Major Prizes must be turned in by 3/31/2026 if you wish to have your business’ name listed on the raffle tickets.
As a $1,000 Sponsor, you are eligible for one 10’ X 10’ booth to advertise your company. Only passive selling will be allowed. To upgrade your space to 10’ X 20’, choose the sponsor add-on for an additional an $500.
Please list any item(s) you would like to donate as prizes for the raffle. Your company name will appear on all raffle tickets as the company that donated that prize. Raffle prizes donated may not have any kind of purchase stipulations. All donations toward the Raffle Prizes must have a minimum value of $100 and be turned in by 3/31/2026 if you wish to have your business’ name listed on the raffle tickets.

Sponsorship Opportunities
We are looking for sponsors for Sussex Lions Daze. Please read over the different Sponsorship Levels below to see how your company will be recognized for your support. The due dates are the dates we need sponsorships turned in by in order for you to realize all of the benefits of the sponsorship levels you choose.
Sponsorship at any level gives you the opportunity to participate in the parade. If you wish to participate in the parade, please complete the parade form as well - parade registration.

Sussex Lions Daze and Parade
This event has been billed as the annual homecoming for the Sussex / Lisbon communities since 1967. This event draws thousands to Sussex Village Park in mid-July for an array of activities such as food, music, tractor pulls, fireworks, softball tournaments, and carnival rides. On Sunday, the Lions Daze parade, a large gathering of floats, bands, clowns, clubs, and the display of local military and fire equipment parading down Main Street Sussex for all to see.
There are several areas of the festival that you can sponsor including Parade, Tractor Pull, Softball Tournament, Bingo, Fireworks, Bands, Motorcycle Road Rally, and the Raffle.
Additional options include: Koozies, T-Shirts, Beer Mug, Beer Pitcher, Parking, and Tents.

Lions Daze Sponsorship Levels

$200 Sponsor = Your company name will be on signage in the areas you sponsored at the event.

$500 Sponsor = Everything that the $200 sponsor receives, plus the following: Your company logo will also appear on large TV screens throughout the festival.

$1,000 Sponsor = Everything that the $200 & $500 Sponsors receive, plus the following: (Circle One/email- Company logo on a single slide or enhanced digital ad will appear on large TV screens throughout the festival). Will be listed on audio message played at the park during the festival, social media shoutout including your company name and logo, and will receive one 10’ X 10’ booth to advertise your company. Only passive selling will be allowed.

VIP Sponsor ($500) = Everything that the 250 & 500 Sponsors receive, plus the following: Your company will be given a roped-off area in the Main Beer Tent, a private Porta-John, and a cooler full of drinks. This sponsor level will be limited to two sponsors (one for Friday night & one for Saturday night).

Bar Top Sponsor ($1,500) = Everything that the $1,000 sponsor receives, plus the following: your company logo on sections of the bar. Up to 40 sections are available at $1,500 per section. This sponsorship will allow you to put your company’s business name, number, and/or logo on bar sections used at Lions Daze. Your sponsorship will last as long as the signage lasts on the bar tops before they need to be replaced.

Koozie Sponsor ($2,000) = Everything that the $1,000 sponsor receives, plus the following: Your company’s logo would go on one side of the Lions Daze koozies. This sponsor level will be limited to one sponsor. 500 koozies will be purchased with your business name on them.

Beer Pitcher Sponsor ($2,000) = Everything that the $1,000 sponsor receives, plus the following: Your company’s logo would go on one side of the Lions Daze beer pitchers. This sponsor level will be limited to one sponsor. 500 beer pitchers will be purchased with your business name on them.

Beer Mug Sponsor ($2,500) = Everything that the $1,000 sponsor receives, plus the following: Your company’s logo would go on one side of the Lions Daze beer mugs. This sponsor level will be limited to one sponsor. 500 beer mugs will be purchased with your business name on them.

Motorcycle or General Parking Sponsor ($2,500) = 2 Opportunities! Everything that the $1,000 sponsor receives, plus the following: Sponsor will receive multiple large banners, displayed at all parking entrances. “Free Parking Brought to You by Your Company”.

Band Tent, Bingo/Food Tent or Spectator Hill Tent Sponsor (Fireworks/Tractor Pull Hill) ($2,500) = 4 Opportunities! Everything that the $1,000 sponsor receives, plus the following: Sponsor will receive multiple large banners, displaying the company logo “Band Amphitheater, Band Shell Tent, Bingo/Food Tent, or Spectator Hill Tent Brought To You by Your Company.”

T-Shirt Sponsor ($3,000) = Everything that the $1,000 sponsor receives, plus the following: Your company’s logo would go on the back of the Lions Daze T-Shirt. This sponsor level will be limited to four sponsors. A minimum quantity of 500 shirts would be purchased.

Presenting Sponsor ($5,000) = Everything the $1,000 sponsors receive, plus the following: The Company will have a sign at all entrances saying, “Sussex Lions Daze Presented by your Company”, as well as radio ads and posters presented by… (must be in by 5/1 to be guaranteed to appear on Lions Daze Poster).
***If you sponsor more than one event within Lions Daze, you will receive the combined level of sponsorship for each event.
